Looks like eating fish isn't just good for your heart. A study reported at the annual conference of the American Psychosomatic Society has found that people who had lower blood levels of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids were more likely to report mild or moderate symptoms of depression, a more negative outlook and be more impulsive. There were 106 adults in the study. Low levels of omega-3s have previously been associated with various clinical disorders.
